The Andria After Hours

Big-company habits will cost you at 0 to 1.

Hands-on advisory for your business idea. One hour every two weeks with Laurie, on your numbers, your offer and your next move.

from £1,000 / month · one hour every two weeks

You leave the intro call with a view on your fastest route to a first paying customer, whether we work together or not.

The gap

You are good at your job. That is the problem.

If you work in a big company, your processes, your standards and your way of thinking were built for scale: budgets, sign-offs, quarterly plans, a brand team, a legal team, a sales team. None of that exists at the start of a business, and trying to recreate it is how side projects burn a year and a few thousand pounds before a stranger ever pays.

0 to 1 rewards the opposite instincts. Ship something ugly this week. Charge before it is finished. Talk to ten people instead of building the deck. Spend on what moves one number, and nothing else.

After Hours is where you unlearn the big-company reflexes and optimise for the start, so you keep your money for the scale.

How it works

One hour, every two weeks, on the work

Not a course and not a coaching call. A working session where decisions get made and the next two weeks get scoped.

Before
You send the numbers and the question

Two lines the day before: what happened since last time, what you are stuck on. Laurie comes prepared.

0 to 20 min
Review what moved

Traffic, conversations, sign-ups, revenue. What the data says versus what you hoped it would say.

20 to 50 min
Work the problem

Positioning, offer and pricing, the one acquisition channel that fits your calendar, the sales conversation, the AI tools that replace a hire. Whatever is blocking the next customer.

50 to 60 min
Commit to the next two weeks

Three things, written down, with a number attached to each. That is the agenda for next time.

What we work on

Everything between the idea and the first invoice

Offer and positioning

Who exactly it is for, what it costs, why it beats doing nothing. The three sentences that make the rest of the marketing easy.

Acquisition that fits your week

One channel, run properly, measured in customers. Laurie ran acquisition for The Andria at £0.17 blended cost per conversion across Google, Meta and TikTok.

Selling without a sales team

The conversation, the follow-up, the close. Plus the AI tooling that qualifies, drafts and books for you so a team of one behaves like a team of four.

After Hours is for you if...

  • You have a real idea and some early signal: a waitlist, a first client, a side project people ask about
  • You work in a large company and know your instincts are tuned for scale, not for starting
  • You can give it five focused hours a week and want them to count
  • You would rather be told the uncomfortable thing now than in six months

It is not for you if...

  • You want someone to build the business for you
  • You are still choosing between five ideas (start with the app's Side Business Plan first)
  • You want a guarantee of revenue by a date
  • You are looking for a cheerleader rather than a sparring partner

Who you work with

Someone who has made the expensive mistakes already

LP

Laurie Pascual spent eight years at Google in enterprise sales, scaling UK Shopping Ads from $500M to $1.5B and taking Performance Max from launch to $1B in UK revenue in 18 months. She then built The Andria on the side: a Claude-powered career app with 70,000+ users across India, the UK and the US, launched with a solo budget and a bought-in dev team. Every big-company reflex she warns you about, she paid for first.

Fair questions

What does "from £1,000 a month" include?

Two one-hour working sessions a month, prep on Laurie's side before each one, and a written list of commitments after. Larger scopes (more frequent sessions, hands-on work on your campaigns or tooling) are priced on the intro call.

Is there a minimum commitment?

Three months. 0 to 1 does not happen in two sessions, and the point is to see the effect of decisions over several cycles. After that, month to month.

How is this different from the app?

The Andria app gives you a personalised plan and AI companions for the price of a coffee a month. After Hours is Laurie, live, on your specific business, with her judgement and her network. Most After Hours clients use the app between sessions.

I am not in London.

Sessions are on video. Clients are in the UK, France, India and the US.

Twenty minutes. You leave with a next step either way.

Bring the idea and the hours you actually have. Laurie will tell you the fastest route to a first paying customer, and whether After Hours is the right way to get there.
